Minicom 40 and Minicom 80
Introducing the all-new Minicom 40 and 80, the next level
in Broncolor compact flash units. These new compact units
offer
unique convenience for digital and conventional photographers
alike. The clearly organized front panel has an illuminated
digital display, LED indicators and a back-lit, scratchproof
silicone keypad that is easy to read even in a darkened studio.
The ultramodern microelectronics used in the Minicom line
greatly reduces their weight and size over other compact units.
They also use a new mechanical locking system for the protection
dome, where a bayonet holder prevents inadvertent loosening.
The Minicom 40 and 80 compact units integrate into the existing
line of Broncolor light modifiers and shapers, offering photographers
the widest range of creative options available on the market
today.
The new Minicom 40 and 80 are also available in RFS versions,
allowing a variety of ways to remotely control your Minicom
units. The Minicom RFS can be triggered by radio from an RFS
transmitter or even a PC or Macintosh computer. A selection
of 10 digital radio channels ensures “group-specific”
transmission of the signal even in larger studios, so other
flash units are not inadvertently triggered. The Minicom RFS
compact units can also be controlled from the new Broncolor
Servor RFS.
