Compared to the previously released version 5.2 the following
features were added:

The minimum requirement for the Mac Operating System
has been changed to 10.4.3.

The new Sinarback eMotion75 is supported.
* Compressed images (8 bit data) can be downloaded from
a Sinarback eMotion75 and Sinarback eMotion22 (as of firmware
version 4.0). The download of compressed images is about
20% faster than the download of normal images.

The Sinar CaptureShop™ 5 Online Help is now also
available as an HTML-file in English. Therefore, if installed,
the online-help can be called from any site of the CaptureShop
to get context related infor-mation.

The Navigator has been implemented. It facilitates orientation
when zooming in an image.

The operation capability of a Sinarback 54 M on a Mamiya
645 Pro has been implemented.

A crop-mask can be applied to the Live image, which
will be accounted when the image is being exported.

Now, with the Mamiya RZ 67 the light metering functions
can be used. For this function the use of Control Cable
551.63.061 is required.

When downloading images from a Sinarback eMotion, in
CaptureShop the images are displayed in the correct sequence.

The cause that made the CaptureShop crash when using
a Sinarback 54 M on a Mamiya RZ 67 has been solved.

The interpolation and the image quality for the Sinarback
eMotion22 and the Sinarback 54 M have been improved.

A bug that could cause soft shadow areas and artifacts
at slanted edges in images captured with Sinarback eMotion22
at higher ISO ratings or long exposure times has been
removed.

A new Exposure Warning (Tone Ranger) plug-in is now available
in the process panel. It allows highlighting over- and
underexposed areas in open images and in thumbnails.

A bug that caused CaptureShop to crash after changing
to Preview mode when a Sinarback eMotion22 was used has
been removed.

A bug that could cause CaptureShop to crash, when changing
in the hardware setup from Sinarback eMotion22 to any
type of medium format camera, has been removed.

The cause for the instable communication between Sinar
CaptureShop™ and the Sinar m has been removed.

Compensated columns in images taken with an earlier
CaptureShop version than 5.2.2 remain invisible also when
opened with the current version.

Images taken with a Sinarback 54 M or a Sinarback 54
H are now displayed with the correct brightness.
